Vintage Chinese Silk Embroidery Framed Art – Birds & Plum Blossoms, 1960s-70s

Beautiful vintage hand-embroidered silk picture from China, circa 1960s–1970s. Delicate stitching of birds perched among pink plum/mei blossoms and willow branches – classic Chinese export style on silk with incredible detail and soft pastel colors.

Professionally framed decades ago in a gold bamboo-style wooden frame with dark-green and cream double mat (overall size approx. 23” tall × 10” wide). Glass front, original backing and hanging hardware still in place. Colors remain lovely with only very minor age-related fading – displays beautifully.

Perfect for Asian-inspired decor, Chinoiserie lovers, or anyone who appreciates mid-century handcrafted silk art. These were popular souvenirs brought back from Asia in the 60s/70s and look stunning on the wall.
