1920-1950 maybe could be older these were called candle huggers they caress tapered candles there is some yellowing and the red mark is most like 24k gold that dripped I am artist in ceramics glaze if you dripped gold or dont coat properly the red or purple shows .There may be a repair a little praying Angel also in 24k trim will accompany these little boy Angels on their journey to you home .They have many years of joy left to bring your table or china cupboard a single same hugger selling 30 for one i am sell 3 items for same i do hope you enjoy these
