PCU High Loft Jacket, developed for the US Army, and issued to special forces units.
Compared to the ECWCS, the supply quantity is smaller, and sizes suitable for Japanese people are very rare.
The ultimate cold-weather outerwear, using PRIMALOFT insulation in an Epic shell, similar to the ECWCS Level 7 Primaloft Jacket.
