Brown faux-leather hardcover boards with bright gilt lettering. Original orange dust jacket featuring Wrightson's dramatic werewolf illustration on front and circular wolf logo on back. Interior is richly illustrated throughout with Wrightson's detailed color and black-and-white artwork.
This is the first trade hardcover edition — not the signed limited slipcased version — but still part of the original 1983 issue that launched the King/Wrightson collaboration later adapted into Silver Bullet (1985).
