Dose:

Sandu Bhunimbadi Kadha should be consumed after consulting an expert. Generally, the below steps are followed to have this.

• Take this before meals
  
• Should be consumed at 6 am and 6 pm
  
• Mix an equal quantity of water with the syrup
  
• Add honey to the herbal tonic to improve the taste
  
• Drink 4 tablespoons (12-24ml) of the syrup in a day
  
• For best results, mix 1 part of herbal ingredients with 1 part milk, and 4 parts water boiled, and reduce to 1 glass
