I got this over 10 years ago in a Brooklyn thrift store. This seem to belong to the artist Perry Gargano based off the name printed in the bracelet. Seem like his earlier works so the craftsmenship is a little on the rough side.
This would be a collectors/display item and can not really be worn. My wrist is a 6.5in and it is impossible to wear it without causing some discomfort.
Again, this piece is more for collecting rather and wearing.
