I purchased this from an APP piercer about 2 years ago for $300. The price of gold has significantly gone up, so its retail price is about $370. I wore this for about a year, and it is in good condition, but it might need some repairs such as polishing. It is a very difficult ring to open and close. I went to a piercer, and they tried using tools to open it, which scratched the surface of the ring a little. This is great for a snug nose ring since it is very small in size.
