This item is new. I bought it opened it, set it up, tried it on and it was too big of a face for my wrist. Should have done that first. So I deleted the app and disconnected and wiped it. It does work and the screen looks better than my expensive one. Take notice of the measurements and compare to what you have so its not too big for you too.
