This is a stunning vintage Galaxie by Elgin automatic watch with a vibrant gold toned dial. It has been observed for several days and is keeping fairly good time running a little fast (exact time keeping accuracy not guaranteed). The reserve has been fantastic, keeping its wind for the entire observation period. It is a self winding automatic mechanical watch which will need to be wound every so often, either by wearing or by hand. The leather band is brand new and will fit almost any wrist, with a matching gold tone buckle. The crystal is brand new and free of blemishes, while the case has some signs of pre-ownership, as to be expected with any vintage watch. Service history is unknown, selling as-is.
