Bought second-hand and wanted to love it, but sadly the chain strap felt too heavy on my shoulder and wasn’t a big fan of the color. The zipper also has an issue with not staying all the way zipped. Flaws: Wear on the hardware, discoloration/stain spots on the leather, a few scratches on the leather strap, staining on the inside, snags near the zipper, and no hangtag.
