Centragard Small Cats (1.8-5.5 lb)

Centragard functions as a topical solution specifically designed for cats. This solution provides robust protection against heartworm disease in cats known as Dirofilaria immitis. Furthermore, it effectively treats and controls roundworms, tapeworms, and hookworms in cats. This safe monthly topical medication is designed for cats and kittens. It is suitable for those aged 7 weeks or older. The kittens should weigh 5.6 lbs or more.

Centragard is neatly packaged in single-use applicators to make administration simple. Please note, however, that Centragard requires a prescription. Such a prescription must be provided by your veterinarian.

  • Meet the first feline product combining eprinomectin and praziquantel. It provides broad-spectrum protection against internal parasites. This includes the prevention of heartworm disease. It also pertains to the treatment and control of hookworms roundworms and tapeworms in cats.
  • The product is approved for cats and kittens. These can be as young as 7 weeks of age. They can weigh as little as 1.8 lbs. It uses an easy-to-use, stress-free applicator.
  • A flexible option exists for your practice too. There's a convenient topical formulation. It can be used monthly for year-round heartworm disease prevention and gastrointestinal parasite deworming. The formula can also be used as needed. It can treat and control specific parasite issues like hookworms, roundworms, and tapeworms. This works well for your patients whose owners decline year-round heartworm disease protection.
