Built of high-strength drop-forged steel, Ancra's 5/16 in, 3/8 in XHD ratchet load binder provides a durable and efficient means for securing transport chain. A yellow E-coat helps to resist the elements and improve visibility while the sturdy build provides up to 6600 lb of strength. A heavier welded barrel, two-piece handle with spring-loaded release rocker and built-in thread stops to prevent over extension of threads work seamlessly together to offer excellent efficiency and prevent the loss of load carrying capacity. To operate, simply attach chain links to either hook and pull the lever to tighten. The ratchet chain load binder accepts chain from 5/16 in G70 up to 3/8 in G43.
