First edition, seventeenth printing hardcover copy of All the Pretty Horses by Cormac McCarthy (Alfred A. Knopf, 1992). This copy manufactured just 8 months after the first printing. Volume one in the acclaimed Border Trilogy. Jacket now protected in new archival sleeve but with mild rubbing to faces and slight shelf wear around the edges. Boards are straight and clean but with corners slightly bumped. Binding is firm and spine is straight. Publisher’s green stain to top edge of text block slightly faded. Previous owner’s embossed personal stamp to front endpaper. Otherwise all pages are clean and unmarked. See photos for condition.
