These are screw backs for unpierced ears. Both of the screws work, these looks to be in good condition. I don't sell a lot of jewelry so I'm basing this off of other items I see online, please ask questions before you buy if anything looks wrong, these are stamped 925 and they look like they have an artist or maker stamp, but I can't make it out.
