1/43 Williams FW07 C. Regazzoni

The FW07 was the ground effect car Williams first prototyped in 1979.
Designed by Patrick Head, who fully understood and grasped the essence of the speed of the Lotus 79, which dominated the previous season, he designed a wing car that surpassed the 79.

The FW07, introduced from the fifth race of that year, saw C. Regazzoni win the British Grand Prix in the ninth race, achieving Williams' long-awaited first F1 victory.
After that, in the five races up to the final Canadian Grand Prix, teammate A. Jones won four races, making it the fastest machine in the second half of the season.

As a result, Williams rose to second place in the Constructors' Championship, behind Ferrari, and jumped from a weak team to a top contender.
The FW07 can be said to be a 기념비적인 machine that opened the glorious history of Williams in F1.

The product has been carefully stored at home, but as it is old, there are some scratches on the case and yellowing of the base due to aging. The car body seems to be in a beautiful condition.
